At ACFID, much as we are founded on physical and interactive instructor led training, we do believe that the students or delegates must lead in the training. Our training services include two types of programmes, being those that we run throughout the year and tailor-made programmes that ACFID co-creates with clients based on training needs or a training needs assessment. YEAR-ROUND TRAINING
ACFID has a huge catalogue of training programmes from banking, and finance to the oil and gas sector. We work through a network of service providers and highly qualified experts, who form a core part of ACFDI’s human capital resource. We provide training in English, French and Portuguese.
IN-HOUSE TRAINING
Employee onboarding plays important roles to improve employee engagement and skills. Although the purpose of training depends on the position or department, a variety of skills including communication, management, and computer skills will be required at work. To improve such skills, outsourcing training programs is one of the major methods. However, many companies may not be able to tell the effectiveness since they tend to entrust training programs to the L&D company from the beginning to the end. From this point of view, in-house training is now gathering attention.
